CEV:
Development and integration in the Tiger Helicopter simulation of CHORALE tools for the sensor and synthetic environment modelling
|
Background Endeavouring an efficient study of the impact of better capacities of flight and of smaller detectability on the vulnerability of aircrafts in an operational environment, the French CEV (Centre of flight tests) decided to strengthen the sensor part of its helicopter simulator. OKTAL-SE has been the selected company to ameliorate the sensor simulation of this helicopter simulator. Through the integration of SE-Workbench tools, both in Infrared and in Electromagnetic, within the CEV hardware, the general purpose of this project called “development and integration in the Tiger Helicopter simulation of CHORALE tools for the sensor and synthetic environment modelling” is the widening of studies capacities of the CEV simulator, in the detectability reduction and flight domain enhancement areas.
